1. Address the RDF 15min lockout

This past couple of weeks I've found myself stumbling upon more toxic behaviour while participating in random dungeons than ever before. This has gotten to a point that I felt compelled to come here and start raising some questions regarding the actual implementation of RDF.

(I am well aware that what is implemented at the moment is what used to be in retail)

I've been trying to spam RDF to get some gear for a new character I got to level 80 recently. What I'm finding is *a lot* of times the following situation, with its variations:
    1. Group found -> teleport in
    2. Someone (or more than one person) leaves instantly
    3. Role check to find new people -> Somebody doesn't accept (they disconnect or simply go afk)
    4. Votekick round starts -> Due to the "somebody" mentioned above, nothing happens
    5. At some point, votekick goes through, for whatever reason
    6. People end up leaving since now you don't get deserter -> 15min lockout for no reason at all other than trying to get into a dungeon

This is obviously a gameplay blocking mechanic that forces players to stop playing, for no reason related to you. This is obviously wrong and needs to be adressed.

I am aware that when this was introduced some months ago (was it a year already?), many complains similar to this one were posted in this forum.
    Also,
There was a 15-minute cooldown added to the Random Dungeon Finder. Choosing a specific dungeon will not add this cooldown.
In addition, players will now not be able to votekick players for a few minutes after they join the group.

We are monitoring the RDF situation very closely right now and have a few more anti abuse additions in mind.
so maybe you guys should montor this closer because trying to do a random heroic is a PITA.

  2. Yes, I share your pain... It happens mostly in dungeons like Culling of Stratholme, Violet Hold, Nexus, or ToC. For some reason, they are too annoying for some special snowflakes on the server, which leave instantly, or tp out and stay afk in Dalaran. It happened to me very often when trying to gear a new char.
Other roles can be filled more easily, but when the tank leaves, it's almost 100% chance that the group will fall apart, thus getting people who want to do the dungeon a 15 minute lockout.
