Selling chars

Want to ask the people who have sold characters on frostmourne or Icecrown. How long it took to sell your char and for how much coins did you sell it? I'm trying to sell a naked mage on frostmourne with 450/450 Tailoring, Enchanting, dual spec, but nothing more and thinking will it sell or not. Also im thinking of selling my warr on Icecrown but it doesnt have good gear couple of boes, Mining ,JC ,Fast fast flying ,dualspec and thinking will it actually sell and is it better to sell him naked or with those boes because they bump the price a lot. So would like some advice or info about selling these chars or how long it took to sell one.

BOEs won't bump the price at all, but they will increase the chance of selling it in the first place. So put it up with BOEs only, if you have bis/near bis weapon/trinket that's welcome too.

I've sold near 15-20 chars using the trade, but just 1 on Frostmourne, so I won't refer to it.

For icecrown, the sells are going pretty well, however You gotta fulfill some conditions.

First, BoE's do not increase price. So just equip as many as You can. Second, good gear means nothing - it's all about clear (+boes) or BiS items (+boes). Ofc from BiS items there are some that are more desirable, for example a weapon from LK 25hc or RS 25 HC trin is surely more wanted than an wrist or back from Gunship 25 hc. 280 flying is good, but not mandatory. I've seen that 2 proffesions are really important - for example, for warrior, BS+JC 450 is doing the job. All the gathering proffesions are kinda lower, I've just once sold druid with skining+LW. When it comes to achievs, I didnt care about it when selling chars for 30 coins. If You want to sell an more valuable char (For example, 8 BiS), some cool achievements/Mounts may be wanted.

30 coins char took me from 1 to 60 days to sell, depend of class, race, amount of BoEs, proffs, current market situation etc etc. If I had good 80 lvl + boes + dual spec + 2 cool profs etc it usually took me 2 weeks max, usually less.

I've never left any gold for my chars that went on trade, cause I've seen it changes nothing. If someone wants to buy my chars, this few thousands of gold won't affect his decision, while I'll have few k gold less :)
