    I made an account today and downloaded the launcher but when i log in i get an update message then a failed patch error message.

    Hello friend,

    here are few tips given on the same page the download button is:

    TUTORIAL

    - Download the game client
    - Start the game client using WoW.exe, not Launcher.exe
    - Log in using your Warmane account name, not email address
