open a new ticket in-game explaing there is an other character on Icecrown with your same name and this cause problems to mail service (or to whover wanna add you on Friend/ignore list).

As far as I know they let the character with earlier creation date to maintain the name (so the most recent character will be flagged for a rename)

And until that is resolved I'd suggest making a new account, make a level 1 character and use trade to transfer items.
Your main => level 1 burner => Jaqen via trade.

Our Staff isn't online 24/7. We aren't "legion" you know. Just a small team. So you gotta give us a break on weekends if the service go a bit slow. I pointed out the issue to the devs and we will see who of you is the oldest owner of the name.

Update: the DK Alliance got his named flagged (he/she never logged with it) and it is yours now. But it might take a server reset to take effect. Sorry for the delay.
