No, they can't "unblock it". Either level until level 55 or use Trade and buy a DK for coins.

You can buy a DK from other players in Trade section without having 55lvl char on that realm.

Do u thing it's possible a modo see the message ?
Because of i prefere see how the high level was before to pay, if the instances or raids are'nt full of bugs lol, i prefer buy mounts ...

Even if a forum mod sees it Warmane doesn't offer trial runs if that's what you have in mind. If you want to see how it is on high level go to Icecrown where the experience gain is boosted, hit 80 in a few days and test it.

You can take it from me: instances and raids are polished and there's very little bugs, if there is any they get fixed relatively quickly. About 99% quests work IMO (coming from a guy who leveled like 10 toons on Lordaeron out of boredom), personally I found like 3 bugged quests while doing Loremaster (Ragemane, Drakuru and Teron Gorefiend quest fight).
