Technical will not update

Hi I downloaded vov and to update it and it tells me to restart vov and I click restar and it says fail something and I have to contact support if you can help me and I downloaded the game again it won't either

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
4) Now you can log-in but by using Warmane Account name (not email address)
