Hello!

I am playing a Protection Warrior PvE, currently at 4.3GS. I managed to off-spec Arms because I want to start playing some PvP. How do I gear up for PvP, though? I know how to get the PvP sets and off-sets, but what about the PvE off-sets? I can't need dps items as a tank. I don't think people will get an Arms Warrior to raids, either. Will they? I need some help from experienced players.
