WotLK Unable to refund PvP gear at vendor (within the 2 hour limit)

Hello! I bought the wrong Wrathful legs on my char and tried to sell it back to the vendor but nothing happens when I right-click the item. There's no confirmation pop-up, no error, just nothing. It is supposed to be refundable within two hours, and it has definitely not been two hours yet (and the item still has the blue text at the bottom saying that it is refundable). I made a ticket about it and a GM told me that they simply don't provide support for this. That seems strange to me, as this is an in-game function that is simply broken. Yes, players are responsible for their actions, but items are supposed to be refundable within two hours. It literally says so on the item. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know if they really just don't provide support for in-game functions that break?

and which legs? (Class and spec)

Ah, sorry about that. It's on Icecrown, on a disc priest. Bought Satin legs instead of Mooncloth. I haven't tried with any other items.

weird, I have just tested and it works fine ( I could succefully refund those pants)

Are you sure you have not enchanted/gemmed them?

Very sure. I realized it immediately and tried to refund them less than a minute after buying. I haven't touched them at all. It's definitely a bug, but I have no idea why it's happening.

Well, I logged on to my character on a different computer and was able to refund it. I'm glad it worked, I guess it was some random local issue, still no idea what it was. If anyone else experiences this, try logging in on another computer!
