WotLK Don´t have a option/ability to make poisons as a rogue

I'm kinda new to the game and didn't know there is an option to make poisons as a rogue, usually I just bought them off of vendors. Later, I learned that I should have the ability to make poisons in spellbook and yet I don't have it. I'm lvl 61 and even after doing the quest chain to obtain recepie for Thistle tea and the poisons there is no way for me to make them. Am I missing something?

I guess on Wotlk you just buy poisons from vendors (on previous expasions rogues had to make them by their own)
