WotLK Cant learn any profession

First i had problem with mining, i couldnt learn iron smelt and expert mining, i went to all cities and noone couldnt train me, then i unlearned prof and then i couldnt learn any prof

Whats happening?

You need to go to trainers and in choose option to show all recipes. You've missclicked on it once and it applies on all profession tabs you open.
