WotLK Stuck in a dungeon group while not even in a dungeon group

Hello, so I have this problem when I entered a Halls of Lightning dungeon we had 2 tanks (with their role as tanks), some time later a guy left the group and I left after him. 2 mins pass and I somehow got a kick vote to kick a guy from the dungeon for being afk, but I wasn't with anyone in a group (especially the dungeon group). And thats when I saw that in the top left corner, where my character stats are that it showed a role like I was in a dungeon. After that I tried to leave the group but there was no ''Leave group'' option. When I tried to queue for a dungeon there was a guy with me too (also stuck). And when we queued for a dungeon there was no eye for the rdf on the minimap that shows you who is in a queue with you (healer, tank etc). And now we are both stuck with no way of getting out of the group and we also can not talk in a party chat. I've tried restarting the game but nothing seems to be working. If there is a GM that can help me please answer this post ASAP, Thank You.
