Hi there,

actually my brother wanna gift me one of their 80 PJ in Lordaeron, What's the chain of actions for do that? Either of us NEVER do a trade in the system of the page so i'm looking for some help or basic tutorial.

Well, firstly he can't gift you characters (I assume that's what you meant under PJ). He can only sell you characters and items through trade. That means that he needs to donate 10 coins minimum (minimum to use trade), you 30 coins (minimum price for character (no gear OR BoE's only equipped because they don't increase the price) and then enable 2 factor authentification for 72 hours to be able to use trade section. After that he just posts the character on trade and you buy it.
