WotLK Event = Waste of time?

I tried my best, I really did. I'm a guild leader on Lordaeron and I tried my absolute best to fill the raid, keep the people happy, get them to spend their talents, explain tactics, get people to come for the holiday events and enjoy ourselve.

It didn't work out. We do our normal raids and everyone is having a blast, but after azshara being the most annoying boss ever, having people die at least 40 times in the raid zerging the boss down over and over, we're hoping for at least +2 eof and some loot from the boss only to be spit on and get:

foam sword
random lvl 60 gear

Along with the fact that the items are NOT TRADE-ABLE (like festergut/rotface blood) AND when masterlooter is active any random ****er can loot the chest and take all the loot.......

Also every random mob has tons of cleave, stomp, aoe dmg, and the raid is overall a gold-sink that has no light at the end of the tunnel.


I really ****in tried my best to enjoy myself. I was so happy we downed her. I expected some sort of reward from the raid, from the dead and the alive quest line and all the warmane events just to find out it's all a waste of time and we get alliance mounts if we're horde...... Why do we get alliance only mounts as horde lol wut?


Idk the content was somewhat fun and extremely difficult, it needs a ton of nerfs, and also needs some sort of viable reward.

on mine group lead was setter master loot, but ppls somehow looted all items and everythink was ninjad, also who took loot items non tradable at all, funny server :D

Tbh the raid event bosses should give everybody at least 5 eof per boss considering the level of difficulty they have. The bugs are everywhere, the bosses are overpowered as **** and our guild/pug run on azshara only killed azshara the first boss after over an hour of struggling with it. Really ridiculous event for absolutely no reward.

100m hp on blackbeard????????? Why though? Damn dude is harder to kill and takes longer than heroic Light of Dawn Lich king fight. Jesus christ.

EoF event gave everyone THOUSANDS of frost emblems last year, and this year, especially with coronavirus, we get extremely difficult and time consuming content and the reward is a thumbs up, pat on the back, and a pet/mount to go on our way with. Like c'mon man.

What pisses me off even worse is Warmane definitely put work into the ****ing raid, go ahead and make it give a serious reward. Make it give EoF, give limited edition Raid-useable gear that's cutting edge, give the players a serious incentive and good-*** reward for completing the amazing content YOU GUYS WORKED ON. Jesus. Without a reward, nobody cares about the content and just calls it trash, and unfortunate as it is, difficult unrewarding content with no incentive to complete is exactly that: Trash. I loved it myself, a few of my more experienced guildies loved it but we don't have enough people who are masochists willing to hate themselves for hours on end to complete the content

With so many ******s asking for 6.2k gs for Azhara event, not so many people will do that xmas event. Some of them reserve the mounts, some ask for uber gear score, some ninja. Thought the event was supossed to be for everyone that plays on Warmane but it seems only a few will manage to enjoy it. I am very dissapointed. Have 2 tanks 5.9 pally and 6.1 dk and i cannot get a spot in any raid. It should have been a chain q reward liek snowman was not a drop from the boss where ppl ninja and reserve.
