WotLK Getting huge fps drop/freeze

Hello there, is there any way to fix these insane fps lags/freezes im getting constantly.

I've trade LAA ( Large adress aware)
changed paging in windows and all other suggestions i've found on the google, nothing really helped.

Try disabling Hardware Cursor in Video settings. If that doesn't help, some addon might be causing the issue.

I've disabled it all the time, its really weird, after i restart my pc for some time the lag stops, and then starts again
