WotLK Is warmane scamming ban system working properly?

Hello, I want share my own experience. As u know on warmane is a lot of players scamming or atleast they are trying for it. I appreciate warmane is punishing this players with ban. Problem starts when, players which are not scammers, are getting ban for it. This is also my case.

My two accounts was banned for one month. Reason was ,,directly associated with another account CoD scamming other players.'' I would be glad if warmane give me answer what ,,directly associated with another account'' concretly means. I never scammed other players on this two accounts or anywhere. This means they connect my accounts with another different account which was scamming. Only connect I had with other accounts was in form C.O.D. mail or maybe buyer in AH?

I'm playing on frostmourne realm, before I was long time playing on icecrown realm. One month back I started my hard farm of herbalism because it's nice gold farm and I wanted have some gold budget for icc season. I was creating potions and selling it in AH. I got some concretly whisp from other players. They wanted buy some pots a bit cheaper than in AH. It was good for me, because I could sell my goods regularly. I was sending C.O.D. mails around 10K golds everyday. I earned around 350K golds per month this way. So here we go, big golds connect.

I don't realy know how GM stuff working or how much can warmane check my log, activity or what I'm doing on my account. But I suppose one of my buyers must have been scammer and based on high gold transactions they connect my account with his. Question is, am I guilty? Probably warmane can't check and determine exactly in what connection accounts are. There is problem, because players which accounts are associated with accounts of other players in form C.O.D. mail, aren't responsible for activity on account where is someone scamming or trying to scam. I repeat again, I never scam on my both accounts in form C.O.D. mail, nobody gave me proof in form screen or some report on my concretly character. Just got ban because my account is ,,being directly associated with another account CoD scamming other players.'' And this is the biggest problem. Warmane can't exactly determinate, in how form are accounts ,,associated'' or if are accounts scamming together or not. In my case, reason of ban my accounts is, that system is not working properly or maybe someone didn't do his work properly?

Last part of my post, I want to devote my ban appeal.

What happen on warmane when your account is banned and you didn't break the warmane rules. If u want have to successful ban appeal, simply you need have bulletproof evidences, you are innocent. But what about ban for scamming in form ,,being directly associated with another account CoD scamming other players.'' How u can proof, you are innocent and only connection between your accounts is in form seller and buyer. From now, should I screen every C.O.D. mail or business whisper in game? Without some valuable proofs, I can't prove my innocence. In this case maybe would be helpful screens only, but what screens? It's nearly impossible get some valuable proofs about your innocence from your side, for ban in this form. When are you trying prove your innocence without proves in ban appeal, you get bureaucratic reply which they are writing like robots. I don't want touch anyone, just saying what I felt when I read reply on my ban appeal. I will post reply on my ban appeal here, so do your own opinion.

It was funny surprise when I discovered on forum, literally same sentences, how Smyth reply on ban appeals. It was from 2016 btw. Anyway nobody care about my innocence. As you can see, he post me links and recommend me review it. That means he close my case and he found me guilty. I can't talk to him or try get some proofs about my guilty from him, because he closed conversation. Well that's all. This is why I think warmane ban system isn't always working properly.

10k daily from pots/flasks while also selling on AH? Sounds like you have bot farming herbs for you.
Innocent? But admins can see your mail logs with attachments, goods etc. , so they may track empty CoDs and real trading.
