Technical Battered Hilt

Hello. I bought Battered Hilt for Alliance on horde side, quest started and i had quest "What The Dragons Know", where was objective - report to Magister Hathorel inside Sunreavers sanctuary in Dalaran, and of course i can't get in. In the end i just abadoned this quest, bought the right one for Horde side and now I can't start this quest, I get message "You are already on that quest". It means i lost a lot of money (for me) for nothing? What should i do?

Go back to last quest giver. The NPC you picked the quest from, should have the right quest to right quest NPC this time. If that's not the case, make an in-game ticket and explain the situation.

It just refreshed the quest from Alliance side, tried to abadon this again and using right Battered Hilt but still the same message "You are already on that quest"
