How to mute the admin spam in chat? Like the mercenary mode information. One time is ok, but i've already read it 50 times that there is a mercenary mode. So how to mute these messages?

Go to chat tab settings and uncheck system messages from your chat. Doing this will remove Auction purchases yellow spam also.

Thats why im asking to only remove the green messages. There should be an exclusive option for this green spam

Unfortunately green messages are set as system messages. You can remove them along side all others or not at all.

There may be addons that filter the chat.

Then dont set as system messages or dont green spam all day at all, make a New option like admin messages. Or just put it in realm info. It souldn't be very hard

I am not a developer but wouldn't addition of "new" options that you could see require a client update? This is a private server dude they don't do client updates. Blizzard does. Pretty sure it's harder than you think.
