WotLK Transfer failed, can't get support

Hello, I started transfer of my Outland character two weeks ago. Since it hadn't completed within that day I created a ticket. Week after I had no response, so I replied once more. And another week after I'm still ignored. Can anyone from the staff PLEASE clarify this for me? It feels weird to be completely ignored for 2 weeks.
