Technical New account and can not log into the game.

Hello,

I have made a new account and activated it. I can log into the website but soon as i go to play the game it wont let me log in.... ive tried a friends account and i can log in but i can not log into my new account.... message pops up saying the information you have entered is not valid. please check the spelling of the account name and password if you need help in ....... but it is the correct details exactly the same i use to log in to the website.

1. be sure your password has less than 15 characters (if longer it can not be fully insert on WoW client)

2. Be sure to not use some weird symbol, maybe they are accepted to log on website (but not on the client)
