Bag doesnt count

I bought 2 frostweave bags and when ı try to use them they dont give any bag slot

Try logging out and back in. Sometimes when you equip a new bag on this server, it doesn't allow you to open it to use it without logging out and back in. It doesn't always happen, but it happens a lot.
