Quests "Meat on the hook" and "Spiritual Insight" don't work. Please fix

Hello,
while i was doing reputation in The Kalu'ak I tryed to do the quest in topic and them don't work. In the queast meet on the hook meat is not going on the hook and the shark that u need to kill dont come. The Spiritual Insight you change to ghost as it should be but u can't complete the quest.
Please fix

Also last time i did it, it worked as intended, i swim to the hook, hook the meat and wait for the shark to come near. Maybe you weren't close to the hook?
