when server restarted we have loot from DBS

Don't take my word on this but don't have any expectation getting the item.
If the server was being restarted they give 15 minute heads up so you can log out and save everything as it is. You guys took the risk doing the fight till the last moments.

I'm more confused that you were rolling for DBW as unholy DK)
And yes, doing bosses/rolls before server restarts is totaly on you, GMs won't provide support for such recklesness.
