Innervate/Combat Ress Raid Chat Announcer

Hello Warmane Community!

So i've been searching for an addon, that simply can announce in the raid chat when im using innervate or combat ress in a raid to let my raid leader know.

I came accross Raeli´s Spell Announcer which should be great for that purpose, but where ever i download it and what version, its comes without "Spell Options" tab which to my understanding is the main configuration window to set up spell announcements.

So my questions are as followed:

1. What am i missing regarding the RSA addon?
2. Does anyone have a RSA download link that should be working and have the Spell Options tab that im missing?
3. Are there any similar addons that could be used to announce important spells in raid chat?
