whenever I click the windowed mode in video settings the screen goes black like you would expect it to when switching from full to windowed but it stays black. You can still hear the music but you can't do anything else. The screen stays black. Any others with this problem?

If you have multiple monitors, unplug them, make your display changes and plug the monitors back in afterwards.

that unfortunately, didn't do anything for me. I'm running multiple monitors and tried that, but I still have the above problem.
