Item Misbuy -ticket for coin purchases must be done within 24 hours of purchase. There's no support for point shop item misbuys.
If the time exceeds 24 hours before making a ticket, make general enquiry ticket. As long as your ticket was sent within 24 hours, getting a reply may take few days.

My ticket was done within 24 hours but you didn't answer it!!! When you answered you asked me if I still wanted the refund and I had no answer!!!!
