Technical Need help restoring a character

Hi, I had a lvl 28 druid that I havent played for a while, but wanted to get back. the "Services" tab doesn't recognize that I have a character that needs restoring? idk if someone could help, that would be great. thank you

If your account is not premium and you have not played on that character for more than a year, it was removed during inactivity cleanup and can't be restored.
