Halls of Reflection's quest?

Hi, guys!

I play WoW for a few weeks now in the Icecrown realm. I did every dungeon, but the only one that says it's locked is "Halls of Reflection" because I didn't do the quest. A fellow player said that I have to get it from the NPC "Dark Ranger Vorel" in Dalaran, but the problem is that it doesn't give any quest (it doesn't have an exclamation mark on top of it). What is the right procedure to do the quest? I'm asking because I'd like to start doing HoR raids.

You need to do the quest chain starting at Forge of Souls. Its given by the mobs at the beginning , then you progress to Pit of Saron > free the slaves there, kill the boss, complete the quest > Halls of reflection.

It doesn't matter where you start the quest chain you can do both, start it at dalaran or do it at FOS
