WotLK Stuck dead

Help me guys pls i'm stuck dead. The minimap not displaying my corpse nor the spirit healer. Auto unstuck not working as well and i was trying to get down the map to make auto unstuck work but not helped either. So to sum up i'm now somewhere in the ocean under the sea with no clue wich direction to go in spirit form where i stuck in.

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck
