WotLK Problem with Sons of Hodir

I have Exalted with Sons of Hodir, and yesterday i tried to fly there and by ench. Instead of NPCs with quests and other there were dragons and frozen brunhilds as if I had an unfinished quest.

i think you need to finish whole quest line, including quest that drops from giants

.. but did you finish the quest? Reputation can be exalted, but the NPC's are unlocked with quests.

I have completed all the quests and Ive already bought ench for reputation before.

The enchants are account bound, so are you sure you use the right char?

And you need to do the quest from the item that drop of mobs before you can move the Anvil and open the vendors.

I repeat, I have completed all the quests and Ive already bought ench for reputation long ago. I have only 2 chars, and 1 this char have exalted with Hodirs.
I am absolutely sure that I bought ench from the vendor on this char. Is there a way to contact the administration?
