Account got deleted(?)

Good afternoon.

I have had an account here on Warmane for several years now that I jumped on from time to time in between other wow servers and/or games, or whenever I needed to scracth that WoW itch. I wasn't anywhere near 80 however the very long term plan was to get there. Two days ago I tried logging on t it only to find out I couldn't.

Now I believe I have read somewhere that Warmane does delete accounts that have been inactive for a long time, and I have had a 2nd account of mine deleted which, you know, fair enough, it's only a side account. However this one was my main account on the server; I had a paladin at level 30 with some good gold already and a hunter that was close to if not at 20 with a considerable amount of gold. Now I know I am talking about really low levels here, but coming back to a level 20 or 30 character with some gold, is a lot easier than starting fresh. Besides I had played on the account about a month ago, having previously had much bigger gaps in between playing it, so I don't know why it would be considered inactive now.

This is of course assuming it wasn't hacked.

So my question is: is there anyway to get the account back?

Warmane never deletes accounts. They delete inactive characters and names only.
When was the last time you logged in?
If you lost access to your account, try doing some of them retrieval options here: https://www.warmane.com/account/retrieve

The last time I logged was I believe one maybe two months ago. I made a hunter, played it for a couple of days, then logged out until I felt like playing again.

I have tried the retrieval, however with no success. I did change some passwords recently but I know for a fact that warmane was not one of them. I suppose it is possible that I registered with a different e-mail that I just don't remember, but I'm pretty certain that isn't the case either.

Well, I suppose I might as well roll up my sleeves and start working again.
