Technical Can't login because of the authenticator

Hello! I just recently started playing and did not activate the 2 factor authenticator. Somehow i now need a code to log into the game, but i don't know where to get that code..
Activating the authenticator also didn't help, it gives me a code to log onto the website if needed, but when trying to login ingame I'm not getting anything (I tried it with chrome and firefox, use a gmail account and also tried it with the google authenticator but no luck). The "Retrieve" tool of this website also didn't help, i am still asked for a code when logging in.
Is there anything i can do?

you need a code only when it appears a pop up.

In case it is showed like this you do NOT need to insert anything on "authenticator" box

In case you are still having problems:
https://www.warmane.com/account > security > uncheck "Enable in-game protection "
Then log in-game -> you can now enable that option again if you care

Sadly it is shown as a popup. I can't uncheck it, because i have no authenticator enabled. Somehow i still need a code apparently..

Are you sure the account you have logged on website is the same you are attempting to use in-game?

yeah it's the correct account, just tried it again..still popping up for a code

if premium account open a ticket on website for support https://www.warmane.com/account > support > create ticket > general enquiry

if not-premium send an email to [email protected] for support
