Technical Trying to come back in game, discover my account with no characters left

To begin with, excuse me for my brocken english

Everything is in the title, yesterday i tried to come back to Warmane to play with my old DK but what i found is an empty account.
Not a single character in each server.
Furthermore when i checked my account history in the store or anywhere else, nothing remains but an empty history.

To be honest i spent some time and money into this account and i really hope to be able to play with, please dont tell me that everything has vanished now...

Did you actually try to log on your account. All your characters might be marked for rename and this is the reason why you don't see any in the site.

Yep that is the first thing i did and how i discovered the whole thing.

Sorry for the miss understanding i mean in the client, thru wow.exe. Because on the site all characters marked for rename are not shown as available or at all

As far as i am informed you can only get back the items you bought with coins. Other then that, considering you said you just came back, you are far beyond any of the limitations for character restoration available as options. If you have your buy history try contacting warmane on this mail info@warmane.com and ask what are your options, if there are any.


Also another thing to consider is that few accounts can be registered on the same email, maybe check your mailbox for another account.
