Technical Problem with screen rendering/tearing

Hi,

After I downloaded and played GTA 5 I have an issue with screen tearing/rendering on Warmane Icecrown server. I did not change any settings in WoW for this to occur and I have afterwards tried to do some changes but nothing is solving the issue. Been playing on the server for many years and never had this happen to me before. The further I am away from objects the more the tearing appears to be and when I am right next to objects there is no tearing. It happens to all objects such as buildings, rocks, water and trees etc.
I have not changed any settings and other games and even retail WoW has no issue what so ever. I updated my graphic card drivers and both montior and WoW are set to 144 hz.

Linked a picture below so you can see. The "spikes" that come off the edges towards the water move and flicker as I fly over them.

Has anyone had a similar issue or know a fix to this?
