Technical Is this my Pc's problem or Wow?

I just bought a new computer and downloaded the game again but every time open it I have to: accept the terms of use and all that every single time, change the resolution and video settings, manually change to Icecrown (it's the one where I always play) and other minor settings in the game like the viewing of the map (small window or full page). In addition, my windows defender asks me every time if I'm sure I want to continue, I even disabled it just to try but there's always that message.
These are things that I usually wouldn't need to do because it would have been saved automatically but now it doesn't. I tried to download it again and I restarted the Pc but it didn't work.
I don¡t know what's happening, can someone help me?

You can find the anwer yourself by checking the sticky for FAQ in Support & Q/A, but whatever.
1. Remove WoW from torrent
2. Move WoW away from your default torrent download location (if you already haven't)
3. Right click WoW folder -> Properties -> Uncheck "Read-only" (make it a white empty box) -> Apply to all subfolders when it asks you to
