Technical Game drops frames when I move my cursor

So I was playing just fine then it randomly started getting very framy while I moved my cursor. Any knowns fixes?

Yes, check thread "cursor problem" (what a surprise) that is located on same page with your thread.
Spending 5 minutes to search recent posts on forum is much more productive than pop one-liner message and wait hours to get answer, isn't it?)
