I've been doing the [The Scepter of the Shifting Sands] quest chain and got stuck at

Quest:The Charge of the Dragonflights

after completing it's previous quest: A_Pawn_on_the_Eternal_Board, the quest giver Anachronos does'nt have the following quest.

is this a bug?
