WotLK Hacked, unbanned= Gear&gold Gone

Hello everyone !

So i stopped playing Wow for a while, i wanted to comeback& play again but i found out i was banned for botting, after i sent an email and ban appeal i was unbanned to enter my profile and see my most geared characters naked with all their items gone and 0 gold...

Now im a very old player .. played since the beginning of the molten wow days.
I would really want to comeback in the game but there is no chance i will spend the energy or time i spent to grind&gear these characters again, so im really hoping someone from support steps in my shoes and restore my items or atleast help me out. :(

Translation: I don't value the time of the support staff so I did not bother to enable two factor authentication. And now that I've wasted their time by having them sort out an easily avoidable situation, I want free gear.
