What do i do to contact Someone from the Support team via the website ? i opened a ticket on 16th may for a missbuy item which is Scroll of Illusion for 50 coins because I thought that the only way to transmog my Shadowmourne is by using this scroll only but I found that I can use a normal scroll to transmog my shadowmourne to merciless gladiator sword but the issue here that I have been waiting since May 16, 2021 and status is Awaiting Staff now its May 19th and no respond and I really need to use these coins once I get it back if anyone from the Support team or someone who can contact them please Help because it never happened with me to wait more than 3 days for a ticket , it never passed the 12 hours to get a response I'm not on a hurry but what's wrong ?
Tickets can take up to a week or even a bit more. Just be patient. It all depends on how much work they have, how much time to go through tickets and how many of them there are.
