PLEASE HELP :(

I wonder if your password is too modern (and secure) for the client. I'd try temporarily changing password to some basic letter and number combination up to 12 characters long. See if it was due to that. If not, change password again for more secure one. Or if you happen to have other letters than A to Z, switch those out.
