The quest bugged out

0 ghouls sighted, no matter how long I wait. But I hear the aggro sounds from time to time and toggle combat for a fraction of a second. So they are definitely somewhere. Maybe they constantly drop through the floor. Any tricks to get this done or do I have to wait for a fix?
