Illegal characters in "support" tab

Hi!

I've been trying to reach the support team with a problem of mine, and I keep on encountering "illegal characters" error, that prevents me from ever posting my problem.

Is there a list somewhere on this website with the characters you are not allowed to use? Coz I swear I deleted everything but comas, and still giving me the same damn error
