Hi, I don't get why I can never claim any points on the website? Everyday I login and try to collect points, it always says you do not have any points to collect. I can never collect any. Any help or fix for this?

Play Icecrown/Lordaeron and have char with 1k of unique achievement points.
Dunno how more plain and simple it can be...

You mean I need to have 1k achievement points in game before I can start claiming daily points on the websiite?

Yes, that's what he means. As he said, characters on Frostmourne and Blackrock don't count.
They also need to be unique, so having 2 same achievements on 2 characters will only count once to those 1k points.
