    No characters anymore

    All my characters are gone, they were to be moved to Icecrown, but they are not there?

    What happn??

    Did you initiate the transfer via services and choosing Frostmourne S1?

    If so, it may take some time to transfer the character(s).

    characters from old "Frostmourne-Season 1" ?
    you need to "manually" move them to Icecrown realm: https://www.warmane.com/account > service
    Select "Frostmorune - S1" as realm
