Stranglethorn fishing extravaganza

Hey there!

Quick question in regards to the fishing extravaganza, I've recently made my first 19 twink on Warmane. I used to be big time into twinking back before it became warmane and with that, the SFV event is a big thing due to the hat with +15 stamina. Back in the day it used to be so that you could fish for the keefers angelfish no matter if someone turned in his 40 fish or not, is this still the case or does it now end when the first one hands in his fish? I'd love to get the hat again but I'm not sure what the current state of it is.

Successfully obtained the hat last sunday, event will run even when people hand in the 40 fish.
