First of all,

I have 2 accounts on warmane. Since i didnt found other way to reach adminstrators i chose to post here. ( Emailing is disabled by admins).

I havent played here for a year, and wanted to come in and play some bgs, what i founds is that i dont have my old characters on Lorderon, and friends i used to play with saw them in game, PM them, and never got any answers from ppl playing on MINE heros, which i did not sell.

Also when i tried to log in that acc, it says i need two way auth, need a code on my mobile. Problem is i never set that up. Cuz i never knew that exist. This is my other acc. Which is part of this comunity since January 8, 2010...

I please any of administrators to contact me for future discusions.

to remove 2 step auth: https://www.warmane.com/account/retrieve > "two factor auth removal"

if that does not work, you need to send an email to [email protected] for support (with as much details as you can provide to prove you are the owner of that account)

btw, about the account with 0 characters on Lordaeron, you can ask what happened to your characters at that [email protected] as well
