Technical Client keep resseting i tried everything

Hello everybody i started playing again and i've downloaded client

So shortly here is what i've tried so far and nothing working :
I've done Read - only thing - didnt work/
I've deleted WTF and Cache including Read - only - didnt work/
I've resseted WoW - didnt work/
I've resseted WoW and deleted it from Torrent and put on the desktop - and all above steps - didnt work/
You have any idea

Im tired of getting my chat / addons resseted and half of them doesnt work or sometimes turn on cuz of this bug, but my CONFIG still works dont know whats the issue here

Did you disable "Read-only" from World of Warcraft's folder's properties?

Never mind, I was temporarily blind.

Try switching it's location to a folder that you just made.

e.g. C:/Program Files/Warmane (the new folder)/WoW files

Go to WTF - Config and uncheck read only. fixed for me.

so basicly i've created new folder in program files and put there everything and unchecked read only ty for giving me idea bro ! It worked
