Hello, I do not understand why I am banned by ninja, yesterday I only greed what they did not want and most of the mazamorras were heroic and nobody wanted items, can you help me with my case please? I need to enter the wow because I meet a friend to go to the dungeon

Pressing greed should not result in a ban. Maybe you pressed need on something that you weren't supposed to? In dungeons you should press need only on items that you actually need for your current spec. If you need it for offspec or any other reason, you have to press greed.

You can make a ban appeal using support system on website but ban appeal tickets are lowest priority and usually take about a week so it's most likely not going to be checked before your ban expires.
