    Quest bugged

    So i did the k3 reputation thing for shoulder enchant.I did all the quests and i got exalted with the The sons of Hodir.but i didn't get the last quest that is calledForging the Alliance and i didn't get vendor to buy my stuff.Can any1 help ?
