WotLK The character on my account dissapeared

I played it during previous season on frostmourne. It was due to be transfered . I haven't logged in a while to find only recently that there was no character on any of realms on my account. I have got the screenshots of gameplay and the back-up file. There are no characters available for restoration on my account too.
