WotLK Forgot my second account

Hello!

I forgot the information about my second account where I had my rogue/mage/hunter alt.
I dont know how to do to get it back since I dont remember either the email or the account name. Is there some other way I can find it out. Like can the GM look at what accounts logged in from my IP and so on? Not sure where to turn to.

I looked in some other posts and I saw someone else get a reply to contact [email protected] so I will try that. (Did not fine anywhere to remove my own post.. xD)
